Covina Rental unit for Armando!

Everyone, I introduce you to our client Armando!

Armando came to us as a referral from a lender and friend. He is a parole officer 👮 and recently bought a home in Covina. He reached out to Omar and asked him if he knew anyone that could help him with the framing part of the ADU. We had a quick zoom call where he described the project to me. He is converting a garage to the ADU and adding about 96 sq ft to the front of it. He mentioned having multiple sub-contractors that could help him with the work, including his cousin that would help him with the electrical part. I asked him to share all of his bids with me including the ones he pieced together by himself  (ie. The plumber, the electrical, the roof, the foundation etc ). I turned out that I could save him more money and time if we completed the entire project for him. Plus, I came referred and that was a big deal for him. Take a look at the video above. So far we have finished the foundation and connecting the utilities, the structural part of the build, and the framing! We are moving on to the mechanical, Interior electrical, insulation, roof, and stucco. This is more of a progress video and check in as of Oct. 7th 2024. Next time I post on here, we will likely be done with the interior work and be ready to start closing up!
